Here are a few of my favourite indicators that I watch relating to the trend of real estate in Te Atatu Peninsula. The moving average reduces the noise or chop and gives a clearer picture of what is going on.
Looking at moving average, house prices have softened further to about 9.5% from the highs from March 17.
Looking at moving average the number of houses sold has started to rise a little from March 18.
Looking at moving average the days to sell a house is fairly flat to marginally higher.
